Cool

This app is a cool and awesome app which I like very much.Everyone should download it and have a try!

Great

I have always been trying to keep a plausible workout plan, but every time I failed because of some small factors. Now this time, with this app, it wont happen again, because this app really helps plan the perfect workout routine. Every exercise gets an appropriate duration and gets BPM-matched workout songs to help you get the best result. This app is great.

Great

Good fitness schedule software. Exercise can help you arrange the time and frequency. Form their own plans. Good health is the most important, and I trust it.

very polished app

Intervals has all what Im looking for. Its designed to not only assist in my daily exercises effectively but also raise up my motivation. Made to be polished, very well-though out app, a smart app indeed!

Cool app but just close to be practical

I really like the app and how it can change music with each exercise or interval. But it would be perfect if it had a 10 seconds or 5 seconds warning before each interval set began. Whether it were knocking or a few beeps to let you know to get ready in position. Would be extremely helpful when u cant always see the screen.

excellent app for workout

pros - app UI is amazing, very inspiringly looking. Its simple and minimal. well colorful but no fancy part. - the gesture control is seamlessly excellent, turns out fun and very convenient to use the app - being able to add/change personal music during each interval is great. having a built-in library of work-out music for raising up the motivation would take this app to a new level. - and its really flexible as it claimed in the description. I can tailor to totally fit my use case. I bet other ones would love that too. cons - it takes some time to get used to and learn about how to use it. I mean its not so well intuitive (it is, but just a bit). I think the colorful interface should be blamed because it got me distracted. When I first looked at the app, I was frozen for a few secs had no idea where to start. Suggestion: many people (not mean to stereotype but most of man) dont like colorful stuff. You may present a mono-color theme (still elegant) at first then allow users to change app theme later. Not sure if my thought is any helpful, hope it is.

Awesome!

This is an interval timer application. Its very simple to use. Usually when I exercise will use this application.

awesome intervals

this is a great combination of colors, music, and gestures. Its flexible, versatile and inspiring. I got this app for almost a month and use it everyday. Intervals sweeps away my procrastination and helps me to really focus on the workout. Simple use but amazing effect!

a really smart workout companion

Cant say enough good things about it. Intuitive design makes the learning curve almost nonexistent. Within minutes of first launching it, I finished creating an entire format with appropriate music, so lovely! Im able to set up for multiple workout and just rotate them from day to day. I also love how its highly customizable and has so many options to get just what you want. I love it for myself in the morning for a quick 15 min workout. I usually write down my wokouts and do my best to stick to it. I have a hard time succeeding bcause im constantly looking at a timer or just giving up a second to early or resting a few seconds too long. This app eliminates that for me. Very worth the buck!

Great but missing a few essentials

This app is a very good one but some important features are missing. First is there is no rest between intervals or sets, you have to stop the app manually if you want a break. Second there is no way to group the exercise, so if you decide you want to do the first exercise 3 times in succession its not possible. I also see no option to email the timer.

Nice but lacking major functions

The interface of this app does look nice but it is lacking two major functions and is only a mediocre app without them. 1. Interval training apps must be able to run simultaneously with music streaming services such as Spotify. The app does allow you to sync workouts with music already loaded on your phone, but this leaves out thousands and thousands of users who pull their music from other streaming services as Spotify, which pauses automatically when in use with this app 2. The app does not allow you to set rest periods in between your exercises. This causes many of us to set up our workouts in an impractical, unrealistic way

"Minimalist"

The simpliest interval timer! No clutter! No confusing interface! Great app timer for someone who design their own workout phase or anything you need to use interval timer. I like the added alert tones!

Great timer but NO MUSIC

This this app would be absolutely perfect except I cannot stream music or I cannot even play music thats loaded on my phone when the Intervals app is running. If you fix this the application would be four star excellent. As it stands, however, I cant use this application if it doesnt play music. What a shame. You should really fix that

Pawin

Great app. I use the SuperSlow approach to exercise. This app has helped me preform my TUL. No other app allows such freedom with a set up thats so dependent on time. It was very easy to set up my workout. I love that you can add music to each exercise. And I can set multiple workouts. It made focusing on performance easy.

Very good

Really helps me keep track of the HIIT sets that I do for running as well as elliptical. I tend forget how long I was running or how many sets Ive done. I Recommend it.

Almost perfect

No chime on completion of workout though. Should add that option. Otherwise fantastic! Best of the bunch.

Update: Perfect!

Update: Aug 3 I downloaded the app and emailed Haim (the developer) immediately after I saw two big issues he needed to fix. He responded saying he would fix the issues and... HE DID. Perfect workout app now! Thanks Haim!! _________ First review: Issue 1: Let us listen to podcasts/music from other apps. Right now it turns off any audio outside this app. 2nd issue, please insert "sets"counter and a "rest timer" in each exercise. The sets can vary in each type of exercise for a workout. Thus the current sets option is useless if i do 5 sets of push ups and 10 sets of sit-ups unless i create 2 separate work outs. This will make setting up a workout much faster. Also adding a rest time between sets would be helpful in EACH exercise. Otherwise, for now, I have to create a "Rest" exercise 15 times between 15 exercises because I have to create 5 exercises for each of my 3 types of exercises (push ups, sit ups, pull ups). So thats a total of 30 exercise inputs!!! Its a slow process that could have been done in 3 inputs. Example Add Exercise Name: push ups Time: 1 minute Sets: 5 Rest period: 1 minute Right now I have to do this: Add exercise Name: Push Ups 1/5 Time: 1 minute Add exercise Name: Rest Time : 1 Minute Add Exercise Name: Push Ups 2/5 Time: 1 minute And so on and so on... for 30 times!!!!! See the problem? 5 star app if Dev fixes these 2 issues

Beautiful & Versatile

Such a great interval app, clearly designed to give you the information you need when you need it. Once you setup a timer the workouts/yoga sessions are a pleasure. 2 suggestions to the developer: it would be great to import custom bell sounds and also a new icon would be nice, those random circles dont do justice to the beautiful UI inside. Also a dark/night theme would be good for more meditative uses.

Simple and elegant

This is a very simple and easy to use app. It is so simple that it has actually motivated me to start working out more often. Some of the negatives of the last version were quickly made better with the latest update. Now I can listen to my Spotify playlists while I use this app! Thanks for listening to our feedback requests and taking the time to implement the changes.

Just what Ive been looking for!

Simple, clean app. Helpful for those who are lazy like me and hate pushing timer buttons during a workout
